This page explains what NutriScience Corporation is, and what it is not. We would rather be clear about this up front than have anyone form the wrong impression.
What we are
NutriScience Corporation is a private operating company, incorporated in California in 2003 and based in Manhattan Beach. We own and operate consumer health and nutrition brands. We also acquire brands, invest in them, and advise founders in the category.
When we invest, we invest our own capital. Where a business needs more than we are putting in, we help the founder find and raise it from other sources.
What we are not
We are not a registered investment adviser. We are not a registered broker-dealer. We are not a fund, and we do not manage money for outside investors.
We do not offer securities to the public and we do not solicit investment through this website.
Nothing on this website is investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or business interest.
