NutriScience Corporation (“NutriScience,” “we,” “us”) operates nutriscience.com. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

We are a small company. We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising on this site, and we do not share what you send us with anyone outside the people who need it to respond to you.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, company name, email address, phone number, company website, revenue range, and whatever you write in the message field. If you are contacting us about a possible transaction, that message may include confidential information about your business. We treat it that way.

Information collected automatically. Our web host, GoDaddy, sets analytics cookies (named _tccl_visitor and _tccl_visit) that record general traffic patterns: pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type. Our security plugin, Wordfence, logs IP addresses in order to block malicious traffic. Neither is used to build a marketing profile of you.

We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or social media trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential transaction or engagement, and communicate with you about it. We use automatically collected information to keep the site working and secure.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and emailed to us. That means they pass through our web host and our email provider. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, and website security, and they may process this information only to provide those services to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, or if necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Confidentiality of deal information

If you submit information about your company in connection with a possible sale, recapitalization, investment, or advisory engagement, we treat it as confidential. We limit access to people involved in evaluating the opportunity. We do not disclose your identity or your information to third parties without your permission, except to professional advisers bound by confidentiality obligations.

This policy is not a substitute for a non-disclosure agreement. If you want a signed NDA before sending sensitive material, ask us and we will send one.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, where a relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship and a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, email info@nutriscience.com.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Refusing them will not stop this site from working.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
